Refunds and Returns
We strive to ensure that your child's experience at our camp is enjoyable and enriching. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund or return. Please review the following policy regarding refunds:
- Refunds:
- Refunds will only be considered for medical emergencies that prevent your child from participating in the camp.
- To qualify for a refund, you must provide medical proof of the emergency.
- Refunds for medical emergencies will be granted at a rate of 75% of the total camp fee.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@wearejoystudios.com. within 24 hrs of the medical emergency occurring.
- Requests received after the specified time frame may not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns:
- Our camp operates on a non-returnable basis for completed sessions.
- No returns will be accepted for partial attendance or withdrawal from the camp for reasons other than medical emergencies.
- If your child is unable to attend the camp due to a medical emergency, please refer to the refund policy outlined above.
Please note that this policy is subject to change at the discretion of Joy Creators Camp. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.
